Questions
What is MCP access?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT use VentilatePro's tools on your behalf: reading your projects, running load calculations and updating schedules. Your agent runs on your own AI subscription, so its tokens never count against VentilatePro limits. Set up MCP.
How does the weekly AI allowance work?
It covers the AI that VentilatePro runs for you: Mimir, AI categorization and AI drawing reviews, including drawing reviews started over MCP. It is measured on actual model cost, so cached tokens stretch it further. A drawing set of about 15 sheets uses roughly one week's allowance. When the allowance runs out, these features pause until Monday 00:00 UTC; your calculations and MCP access keep working.
What counts toward storage?
Files you upload to a project: drawing sets, equipment documents, note attachments and gbXML files. Calculation data, including rooms synced from Revit, does not count.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Pro renews monthly until you cancel, and stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy and terms.
