Important: Access codes that have been used, partially used, or redeemed in any way are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once an access code is activated, it is considered fully consumed, and no refund will be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following scenarios are explicitly excluded from our refund policy:
- Used or activated access codes, as they provide immediate access to digital content.
- Dissatisfaction with exam content or performance after using the access code.
- Purchase errors made by the customer, such as buying the wrong exam code, if the code has been used.

3. Cancellation of Orders
Orders for access codes can be canceled under the following conditions:

- Post-Delivery Cancellation: Once the access code is delivered to your email or account, cancellation is only possible if the code remains unused and the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
